as developing a dominant media presence

educated Black Americans who’s yearly
spending habits rank in the top 15 of the
Worlds Gross National Product. Our target
market includes; College educated Church
members, with children, who travel and are

of the viewers/listeners were educated at
Historically Black Colleges and Universities
