Renaissance Card Terms of Usage

1. This card is non transferable
2. ID may be required to use card
3. This card is valid until the last day of the month listed on front
4. This card has no cash value
5. This card must be signed
6. This card must be presented prior to purchase
7. JERICHO Communication Media Group reserves the right to revoke member rights on any card
8. Member must provide a valid email, name, & address to activate card
9. Member agrees to receive weekly emails about Renaissance Card specials and JCMG, Inc. events or promotions
10. There is NO FEE for this card. DO NOT PAY DISTRIBUTOR

Renaissance Club Terms of Membership

1. Member agrees to provide a monthly discount or promotion exclusive to the Renaissance Club
2. Member agrees to display Renaissance Club decal inside of their business
3. Member agreese to provide a hyperlink to the Renaissance Club site (graphic to be provided)
4. Member will be featured at least once as a business of the week with a profile on their company on the Renaissance Club website
5. During week of feature member must provide and additional discount or promotion
6. Member has the right to request ID from any person presenting the card for identification purposes
7. Memeber agrees to provide either product or services for one of the major promotions per year
8. Member will receive a monthly email that will list all valid R-Card memebers
